Frequently Asked Questions
-
What about the
warranty?
The warranty is guaranteed by the manufacturer on every vehicle
delivered by a franchised new care dealership. Each dealership must
honor the warranty on a vehicle regardless of whether it was purchased
at that dealership or not. All dealerships welcome the opportunity to
increase their departmental profits by providing service work to a new
client.
-
Will the client have
to go get a vehicle out of town?
No, the majority of the vehicles are delivered locally to the client.
If inventory is not available, a local dealer will make arrangements
for delivery by way of dealer trade or drop shipment from the factory.
-
What happens if a
dealer refuses to do business with the consultant?
The dealer approaches the consultant as an asset to
him/her. We bring business to the dealer that he/she would not in most
cases have obtained on their own. There has never been a dealer that
has refused to do business with a consultant affiliated with our
company.
-
How are trade-ins
handled?
The trade-ins are handled as a separate transaction at the dealership.
This process is very smooth and is aided by the consultant educating
the client on the estimated value of their used vehicle. There are
other resources to dispose of the trade-ins which may offer the
consultant additional income.
-
What if the client
wants to finance the vehicle?
Financing may be obtained several ways, but always at the option of
the client. The Finance Manager at the dealership can make these
arrangements or the client may use a Credit Union or outside financing
recommended by the consultant.
-
Who is the
competition?
There are no other new car consulting company offering this type of
service at the level that we offer our consultants . There are
companies and services that appear on the surface to be similar. In
reality, these companies do not eliminate the negotiation and stress
for the client. We provide a more personalized service to our
client. Time and time again, consumers have shown that the personal
attention does make a difference.
-
What is the
difference between our auto consultant business opportunity and Car
Brokers?
Brokers are now unlawful in most states in the U.S. They negotiate the
purchase of a vehicle, take title of the vehicle, mark it up for
resale to the consumer. This is seriously frowned upon by the dealer
associations and the manufacturers because the broker is taking
business from the dealer and then selling his inventory without a
dealer's license. We advise consumers regarding their new vehicle
purchase. Each individual is provided with valuable information to
make their new vehicle purchase a more informed one. Consultants bring
business to new car dealers that would not have necessarily been
obtained on their own. Dealerships recognize the contributions to
sales that our business makes.
